Paynless Dental operates three clinics across Sydney — Toongabbie, North Ryde and Blacktown. Our clinical team comprises four AHPRA-registered General Dentists and a support team of dental technicians and assistants. All practitioner registrations are verifiable at ahpra.gov.au.  Dr Payal GuptaPRINCIPAL DENTIST · BDS · AHPRA-REGISTERED GENERAL DENTIST Dr Payal Gupta completed her BDS in 2004 at Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore. She has held the role of Principal Dentist at Paynless Dental Toongabbie since 2011 and brings over 20 years of clinical experience across general, restorative and preventive dentistry. She has undertaken further training in Dental Implantology and Progressive Orthodontics, and regularly completes CPD to maintain current clinical practice. |  Dr Jathu SathiyaGENERAL DENTIST · BDS · AHPRA-REGISTERED GENERAL DENTIST Dr Jathu Sathiya completed his BDS at James Cook University, Cairns. He has since completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Implantology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics, both through JCU. These are not AHPRA-ratified specialist qualifications. Dr Jathu places strong emphasis on patient communication, thorough assessment and preventive care education. He maintains regular CPD and is committed to evidence-based clinical practice. |
 Dr Jins JohnGENERAL DENTIST · BDS · AHPRA-REGISTERED GENERAL DENTIST Dr Jins John brings over 23 years of clinical experience to Paynless Dental. He holds a BDS and has completed overseas postgraduate study in Prosthodontics. This overseas Masters qualification is not an AHPRA-ratified specialist qualification in Australia. He has also held academic teaching roles, including at The Oxford Dental College, Bangalore. Dr Jins is a Fellow and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI, USA). He has extensive experience across restorative dentistry, implant treatment and oral rehabilitation. |  Dr Natasha KhushalaniGENERAL DENTIST · BDS · AHPRA-REGISTERED GENERAL DENTIST Dr Natasha Khushalani completed her BDS in 2007 at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (India), followed by an overseas Master of Dental Surgery in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics in 2012. This overseas MDS is not an AHPRA-ratified specialist qualification in Australia — Dr Natasha practices as a General Dentist registered with AHPRA. Dr Natasha is a certified Invisalign provider and has experience in clear aligner treatment and orthodontic monitoring. She places strong importance on patient communication, preventive care and thorough assessment. |
Our clinical support team assists our dentists in delivering safe, comfortable care. Support team members are not registered dental practitioners and do not perform clinical procedures independently.
 Ms ShushmaDENTAL TECHNICIAN Shushma holds a Dental Technology Diploma completed in Australia and has over four years of experience in the dental field. She has completed first aid certification and infection control training. Shushma is currently undertaking further study in applied social science. |
